OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How it Works
We will send your product via either Yodel (UK mainland) or DHL (international). We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as we can (please bear in mind that during this time of COVID-19 production and shipping may vary). If your country is not listed please contact us so we can give you a quote and make arrangements to get it to you. Islands and remote areas are subject to additional surcharges.
To maintain our standards with GDPR we will only keep your details (including name, email address and telephone number);

*For all international shipments all import requirements and taxes are your concern*
WARRANTIES
Policy Details
If the product is damaged upon delivery please let us know immediately. Due to the nature of use of the product we cannot offer a warranty of more than 30 days from date of delivery. As the product is for culinary use IT CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER USE for health and safety concerns*. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please talk to us and we'll do our best to help. If you still want to return your purchase please note that *return shipping will be at your expense*. Must be returned unused and in original packaging and within 14 days. Once used the products may not be returned or may incur a restocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
